After receiving my last monthly shipment, one of the bags had broken open with some small spillage. The protein was still usable and not so much was lost. However, customer care was quick to respond and they sent me a brand new bag of protein to make up for the mishap. That was unexpected but so thoughtful and nice! I love Nitor protein.
