I wanted a keto friendly protein that didnt taste like it was keto friendly lol. I HATE the way-too sweet flavor you usually get with low carb stuff. This didnt taste like it was low carb at all! Just the right amount of sweet and it didnt hang around all day on my tongue. And I actually followed the instructions this time and just put it in a little water.... and BAM!!! I dont feel like Im gonna throw up after my workout anymore. I even took it before I went running and I felt great!
